New Customer Service Apprenticeship Standards

We are pleased to announce that the IMI is now an approved End-Point Assessment Organisation for the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner and Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Standards. IMI Approved Centres can apply for both standards now. Further details can be found by following the links on the right-hand side of this page.

The Customer Service Apprenticeship Standards provide learners with an opportunity to gain excellent customer service skills within an automotive setting. Designed for all learning styles, the IMI’s solution ensures apprentices are fully engaged and prepared for their End-Point Assessment (EPA).

On successful completion all apprentices will be awarded with IMI Membership that further demonstrates their professionalism and commitment to the industry.

Centres that would like to register for either of these Apprenticeship Standards will need to complete a Centre Approval Application form which can be found on Centres Hub, and must complete the relevant Approval Guidance for each standard.
