The IMI have been developing a new centre management workshop free to all new and prospective centres.

These interactive workshops are designed to prepare centre personnel for their approval visit to ensure they are fully aware of and have understood all of the requirements required to operate as an IMI Approved Centre which will simplify and speed up the approval outcome.

The workshop will cover all aspects of the IMI’s quality assurance requirements such as:

  • Centre roles and responsibilities
  • Navigating the IMI website - accessing qualifications, support material and systems
  • Implementing key policies and procedures
  • Internal quality assurance (IQA) processes including setting up an IQA strategy      

Having successfully completed the workshop and end assessment, all attendees will receive a CPD certificate.

Workshops are available to new  and existing centres, and will be held at the IMI at Fanshaws.

*Terms and conditions – Full payment must be received before the training/workshop takes place. Notification of cancellation must be received two weeks prior to the delivery of the workshop. Where notice is received two weeks before the workshop the candidate will be moved to the next available date. If cancellation is received with less than two weeks’ notice monies will be forfeited and a further full payment will be required in order to attend any future workshop.
