2015 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

The 2015 IMI Awards Customer Satisfaction Survey took place in February and 49% of centres responded. We’d like to thank all those who took the time to participate in the survey.
IMI have made a number of changes in the last twelve months that affect the centre network, and we would like to thank everyone for their patience and support. We have seen the re-integration of IMI and IMI Awards, a re-brand of IMI and a re-structure of the External Quality Assurance team. We have also introduced new systems, such as IMI Centres Hub, to speed up and simplify processes. Taking these changes into account, it is excellent to see such a positive set of results from the survey.
