Who is Customer Service for?

IMI Accreditation Customer Service is intended primarily for professionals in the motor industry working directly or indirectly with the consumer/customer.

There are two levels within IMI Accreditation Customer Service:

Customer Service

The candidate should be working in customer service and have a minimum of three months experience to ensure they are familiar with the skills and knowledge required.

Senior Customer Service

The candidate should be working in customer service and have a minimum of three years experience to ensure they are familiar with the skills and knowledge required.
