Product Quality and Administration Manager

Salary £33,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience plus benefits

The IMI's Professional Register aims to drive up standards across the automotive industry, providing consumers and customers with added confidence in the industry and the professionals who drive it.

Based at Fanshaws, just outside Hertford, we are currently seeking a Product Quality and Administration Manager to focus on the advancement of our assessment products and associated processes. The role requires an individual with a strong eye for detail, together with an understanding of how to evolve our assessment offer to make it simpler to use for the customer.

You will be responsible for the product administration and maintenance of learning and assessment products designed and authored by our Product Specialists, ensuring that all published assessment materials meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements.

You will also manage regular reviews of the Product development policies and procedures, updating where necessary and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

External Quality Assurer

Fixed Term Contract 14 months Maternity Cover

Salary £37,000 plus benefits

Overview

The IMI's Professional Register aims to drive up standards across the automotive industry, providing consumers and customers with added confidence in the industry and the professionals who drive it.

We are currently seeking an External Quality Assurer on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. You will ensure the quality and consistency of IMI qualifications, accreditations & Quality Assured Programmes against IMI requirements and national standards along with regulatory requirements. Ideally based in Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire or Oxfordshire, you will provide support to our centres, as well as developing and continually reviewing external quality strategies and effectively risk assess your allocated centres.

You will be able to identify any areas of non-compliance, high risk and development needs at centres and produce effective action plans and issue sanctions where appropriate. You will provide advice and support on improving the performance, effectiveness, quality and consistency of their delivery of IMI products.
